How we train
Trained for the work, kind with people
Our techs learn protective equipment, bloodborne pathogen safety, safe handling and disposal of biohazard waste, and odor removal before they work a scene, so they can start cleaning the moment they arrive.
Just as important, we train for the human side: how to listen, how to explain what’s happening without jargon, and how to give families space when they need it.
- Personal protective equipment on every job
- OSHA bloodborne pathogens standard
- Hospital-grade disinfectants
- Wisconsin DNR infectious waste disposal
- Discretion and privacy
